The new Cooper’s quirky styling and British charm are attention grabbers. Aside from subtle difference in details and its slightly larger body, the new model still has the same familiar, vintage shape.

The round headlamps now house turn-signals, and the rear fascia has been restyled slightly for a more refined look. And the car’s beltline has been elevated to grant a more athletic presence. The Cooper still offers its super-cool white or black roof, giving it a very artsy, metropolitan persona.

The sportier Cooper S features such performance cues as a hood intake, a larger mesh grille, alloy wheels and twin exhaust pipes.

This sub-compact’s urban-hip attitude is what makes it so popular with city-dwellers.
